She was able and willing to work with our very limited schedules to do viewings and was available even at last minute's notice. It was helpful to have her perspectives on the different areas of Portland, as we're relatively new to the area and didn't come with as extensive knowledge of the some of the lesser known neighborhoods. We also very much appreciate Krystin's sharp eyes on things about locations or contracts that seemed unusual or worth digging into deeper.
